Welcome to the Respite Room

Respite is defined as "short interval of rest or relief."

Stress is mental, emotional, or physical strain caused, for example, by anxiety or overwork. Caregivers and their families experience much stress.

This respite room is where we share our desserts, or, in other words, our favorite ways to deal with stress.
