What You Can Expect From Us

1. Conference with Charlie
  • Listen to and understand your situation and concerns.
  • Review completed total disclosure financial questionnaire

  • Provide an overview of the law relevant to your situation. 

  • Suggest alternative strategic solutions.

  • Analyze current life and estate plan with recommendations for any changes.


2. Written analysis (opinion letter) sent to client and authorized family members
  • Confirm in writing our understanding of your situation and needs.

  • Describe strategies and recommendations discussed at our first conference.

  • Describe how to reach your planning goals using the services of our office.

  • Recommend changes in estate planning documents, if needed.

  • Point out additional issues inherent in certain strategies, such as tax implications.

  • Quote fees for our services.


3. What you need to do
 
  • Review and understand opinion letter.

  • When you decide to Go Forward after reading opinion letter:
    *  Pay quoted planning implementation fee.
    Supply documents requested in the documents to provide handout.
    *  Notify our office that you wish to go forward with suggested planning in opinion letter.

4. What we will do

  • We will then send you a plan of action.

  • Set a conference with Charlie and the legal assistant responsible for your case to review the plan.
