Charlie and his staff at the Law Offices of Charles F. Robinson are personally and professionally committed to serving the needs of our clients and their families. Confidentiality
Our professional ethical rules require that all client matters are confidential. Confidentiality is a client privilege. We will not violate your right to confidentiality unless you, the client, so instruct us.

Telephone
We understand that many of our clients are in crisis and need access to our office. We want to understand your question and give an informed response.
It is our policy that all telephone calls are returned either the same day or no later than the next business day. We have a voice mail telephone system to take your messages.
Address
We are located in Clearwater, Florida, a community in the greater Tampa Bay area. Our address is 410 South Lincoln Avenue. We are at the corner of Court Street and Lincoln Avenue.
Fees

We let you know our prices for services at the earliest time.

Fees are typically quoted in our opinion letter.

Our fees are designed to provide value to you as well as a reasonable profit for our firm.

We quote fixed fees for most of our services so that you know your fee obligation before we begin working with you.
Office hours
Our office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Monday through Thursday and 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday.
We have a mail slot in our wooden door for after hours deliveries.
