Susan,
our front desk manager, has been with Charlie since 1997. As the
center of our communications network, she is the first person you
talk to when you call our office. Susan is a staunch Bucs supporter.
She also enjoys reading and listening to music. Ask Susan a question
about any kind of music and she will give you an educated answer. |

Louise,
public relations director/office administrator, has been with Charlie as wife
since 1965 and as part of the office team since 1986. New clients to our office
find talking to Louise very helpful and comforting. Louise is a member of the
Board of Directors of the Upper Pinellas Association for Retarded Citizens and a
past member of their Foundation. She served as an Ombudsman and is a current
member and past Board member of the Suncoast Chapter of the Association of
Legal Administrators. Louise graduated from the University of Florida with a
Bachelor of Arts degree. In her spare time Louise enjoys her children and
grandchildren, travel, cooking, reading, refinishing furniture, and all Gator
football.

Benny,
Louise's loyal and devoted assistant, promises a rousing welcome
to our office. He sings and dances and leaps straight up in the
air. He loves to have his belly rubbed and his ears scratched.
His favorite hobbies are chewing on bones and carrots and his
gator. |

Martha
has worked for Charlie for over 35 years as his office manager
and legal assistant. She retired in 1995 to travel. When that
got boring she came back part time. She enjoys reading and
writing book reviews for Charlie’s web site and blog.
Representing the office, she attends seminars on a variety of
subjects including elder affairs, caregivers, networking and
marketing. Martha also works on Special Projects for the
office.

Karen,
legal assistant in probate, has worked for Charlie since 1994.
She is among the first group of legal assistants to obtain the
status of Florida Registered Paralegal. Karen graduated from
the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
She has two children, Marissa and Billy. |

Glenda
is the legal assistant for all Medicaid cases. She worked for
Charlie since 1992. Glenda has a Bachelors of Art degree from
Duke University and an MBA degree from the University of
South Florida. She enjoys gardening and reading in her spare
time.

Charlie, yes, this is the
same Charlie whose official bio is
also on our site. Charlie has been practicing law since 1967,
concentrating on the problems of the elderly since 1983. When not
working, Charlie enjoys gourmet cooking,
reading, traveling, and Gator football. According to his friends,
Charlie knows every good restaurant in every major city in the
United States.
