UPARC Foundation2013
Champion of Hope

“Charlie Robinson is a community leader who exemplifies the passion, integrity, and long-term commitment to the community of our founder, Dr. William E. Hale, a brilliant light, carrying the torch of hope for all the special members of our society and for all the most needy in our world, a true Champion of Hope.”

“Charlie and Dr. Hale collaborated on projects in the community from time to time and Dr. Hale would say, “Charlie, people don’t know how much you have done for the elders in this community.” We think that’s a very true statement. Charlie has made a phenomenal difference in our community, our region, and our state, in the area of elder law and special needs. He is a wealth of knowledge and quite willing to share it, be it on a board or committee; by presenting at a meeting or conference; or by involving himself in activities which serve to enhance the lives of older persons and/or those with special needs. He is one of this area’s strongest advocates for seniors and also a person with a great heart and great personality. Much like Dr. Hale, no one can walk away from Charlie not feeling respected and encouraged. He gives people hope that all is not lost.”

Up coming event: April 25,2013 - Florida Elder Law & Disability Forum at Suncoast Hospice, Roosevelt Community Service Center by invitation only.

Who will manage your affairs if you are incapacitated?

You have signed your trust naming your successor trustee and titled your assets to your trust. Implementation of your plan at your incapacity or death is critical. Will your successor trustee pass the test? Fiduciary test -Do you need an attorney?

Crisis times require crisis planning. Changes in the law may affect your case. If you haven't started planning with our office, you should contact us immediately.

  Charlie's tip:

Our goals

  • Help assure best quality care possible for our client, the chronically ill person.

  • Protect assets for the benefit of the care-giving spouse.

  • Protect assets for children or other caregivers for the client's special needs.

  • Minimize the financial and emotional cost of incapacity.
